Inconel 718 Seamless & Welded Pipe

Common Trade Names: Inconel 718®, Nicrofer® 5219, Alvac® 718, Haynes® 718, Altemp® 718

We are leading Manufacturers, Supplier and Exporters of high quality Inconel 718 Seamless & Welded Pipe using high quality raw materials. We also offer these seamless & welded pipes & tubes in different specifications. These pipes & tubes are widely used in various applications industry like oil and gas, petrochemical, medicine, food, paper, machinery, natural gas etc. The Inconel 718 Seamless & Welded Pipe are manufactured to sustain very high pressure and product warranty. We can meet most ASME, ASTM, and other specifications, and can cross-reference to most international standards.

Inconel 718 is a precipitation hardenable nickel-based alloy designed to display exceptionally high yield, tensile and creep-rupture properties at temperatures up to 1300°F (704°C). The age-hardening response of Inconel 718 permits annealing and welding without spontaneous hardening during heating and cooling. Nickel Alloy 718 has excellent weldability when compared to the nickel-base super alloys hardened by aluminum and titanium. Nickel Alloy 718 is used in aircraft engine parts and high-speed airframe parts such as wheels, buckets, spacers, and high temperature bolts and fasteners.

Fabrication and Heat Treatment

Inconel 718 can be machined using conventional machining methods which are used for iron-based alloys. Machining operations are performed using commercial coolants. High-speed operations such as grinding, milling or turning, are performed using water-base coolants. Inconel 718 is welded using gas-tungsten arc welding, shielded metal-arc welding, gas metal-arc welding, and submerged-arc welding methods.
