Incoloy 800 Sheet

Incoloy 800 Sheet, Incoloy UNS N08800, N08810, N08811 Sheets, Incoloy 800HT Hot Rolled Sheet, 800H Incoloy Shim Sheets, Plates & Coils Supplier

As a leading manufacturer, exporter and trader, Carey Alloys offers our clients a wide range of Incoloy 800 Sheets in India. Power plants use them for super-heater and re-heater tubing. Incoloy 800 Sheets is also used for process piping, heat exchangers, heating-element sheathing, carburizing equipment, and nuclear steam-generator tubing. Alloy 800 Sheets hardens due to cold working only. It has improved creep and stress-rupture characteristics in the 1100 Degree F (593 Degree C) to 1800 Degree F (982 Degree C) temperature range. Alloy 800 Plates are resistant to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking. Nickel 800 Sheets are also used for chemical and petrochemical processing. Nickel 800 Plates can be supplied in random lengths, cut to order or machined to customer requirements. We also offer the same to our clients in customized sizes and specifications

Alloy 800 Sheets (UNS N08800 Sheets) is a widely used material of construction for equipment that must have high strength and resist carburization, oxidation and other harmful effects of high-temperature exposure. Meanwhile, for high temperature applications requiring optimum rupture and creep properties, Alloy 800H Plates (UNS N08810 Plates) and Alloy 800HT Coils (UNS N08811 Coils) are used. These are also referred as WNR 1.4876Sheets, WNR 1.4958 Plates and WNR 1.4859 Coils respectively. We offer these Inconel Alloy 800, 800H, 800HT products in custom-made shapes and sizes as per the requirements given by our clients, and that too at an affordable and market leading prices.

Fabrication and Heat Treatment

Incoloy 800 can be machined using conventional machining methods which are used for iron-based alloys. Machining operations are performed using commercial coolants. High-speed operations such as grinding, milling or turning, are performed using water-base coolants. Incoloy 800 is welded using gas-tungsten arc welding, shielded metal-arc welding, gas metal-arc welding, and submerged-arc welding methods.
