Carey Alloys is one of the largest exporter, manufacturer and supplier of Titanium Alloy Grade 9 Round Bars in India. Titanium Grade 9 Round Bars is the most commercially available of all titanium alloys. Titanium Alloy Grade 9 Rods offers an excellent combination of high strength and toughness. Titanium Grade 9 Rods has good welding and fabrication characteristics.
They are used for several applications such as in Aerospace, Marine, Chemical Processing, Medical, Consumer applications, Transportation, and so on. Also known as UNS R56320 Bars, our Titanium Alloy Grade 9 Round Bars and Rods are accessible to our valuable customers in different range of diameters, wall thicknesses and sizes in customized form and also at quite affordable rates.
Titanium is lightweight, strong, corrosion resistant and abundant in nature. Titanium and its alloys possess tensile strengths from 30,000 psi to 200,000 psi (210-1380 MPa), which are equivalent to those strengths found in most of alloy steels. The density of titanium is only 56 percent that of steel, and its corrosion resistance compares well with that of platinum. Of all the elements in the earth's crust, titanium is the ninth most plentiful.
Titanium Grade 9 has medium strength that falls between Grade 4 and Grade 5. It has excellent corrosion resistance and is used in Aerospace and Industrial applications. Grade 9 Titanium can be used at higher temperatures than Grades 1 through 4. Grade 9 titanium has good cold rolling properties. The development of many different alloys has extended the application of titanium in industries ranging from industrial and chemical processing to power generation. This grade possesses good weldability, strength, ductility and formability. This makes Grade 7 titanium bar is the prime choice for many fields of applications:

Titanium's outstanding corrosion resistance is due to the formation of a tightly adherent oxide film on its surface. When damaged, this thin invisible layer immediately reforms, maintaining a surface which is completely resistant to corrosive attack in sea water and all natural environments. This oxide is so resistant to corrosion that titanium components often look brand new even after years of service.
