ASTM A312 Stainless Steel UNS S31700/03 Seamless & Welded Pipes & Tubes

As an acclaimed endeavor of the business, Carey Alloys Metal are included in offering an unlimited cluster of Stainless Steel 321/321H Pipes and Tubes as a producer, exporter, stockiest and supplier to our local and worldwide customers. We offer a combination of UNS S32100/S32109 Pipes and Tubes which are accessible in differing thicknesses and resistances. 321/321H Stainless Steel Pipes and Tubes (also known as WNR 1.4541/1.4878 Pipes and Tubes) have a portion of the best components, for example, Corrosion resistance, High resilience, Dimensional steadiness, and the sky is the limit from there.

Regarding national and worldwide nature of crude materials, we additionally offer these SS 321/321H Pipes and Tubes in redid sizes and thicknesses according to particular requests by our regarded customers at business sector driving costs. The stainless steel pipes can be manufactured in fixed lengths & random lengths between 4 & 12 meter. Stainless steel Pipes with an outside diameter between 6" (168, 3 mm) and 80" (2032 mm). Harsh steel stocks Stainless steel pipes and standard piping which is ordered in accordance with ASME/ASTM SA/A312 with dimensions and weights in accordance with ASME B36.19. ASME B 36.10 available on request.

Type 321/321H is a standard austenitic 18/8 chromium nickel alloy with the addition of Titanium making it an excellent choice in elevated temperature environments. The titanium stabilises the material removing its susceptibility to the effects of intergranular corrosion. 321 is therefore the stainless steel material of choice for applications in working environments up to 9000 C. A drawback of Type 321/321H is that the titanium does not transfer well across a high temperature arc, so it is not recommended as a welding consumable. n such instances, 347 is the preferred choice as the Niobium performs the same function as Titanium but can be still transferred across a high temperature arc. Type 347 is therefore the consumable of choice for welding Grade 321.

Alloy 321/321H (UNS S32100) is a titanium stabilized austenitic stainless steel with good general corrosion resistance. It has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion after exposure to temperatures in the chromium carbide precipitation range of 800 – 1500°F (427 – 816°C). The alloy resists oxidation to 1500°F (816°C) and has higher creep and stress rupture properties than alloys 304 and 304L. It also possesses good low temperature toughness. Alloy 321/321H cannot be hardened by heat treatment, only by cold working. It can be easily welded and processed by standard shop fabrication practices.
